KAZUNORI SUGIURA / ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR.
Biography:
Kazunori SUGIURA is an associate professor at KEIO Media Design. He is also a deputy director on research in CUTE Center. He received Ph.D. from Media and Governance in KEIO Graduate School of Media and Governance in 2003. He was serving as a permanent Researcher in Communication Research Laboratory, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Japan from 1999 until 2004.

We were conducted PR of Akihabara in multiple languages to overseas travel agency. The popularity of Official Character AKARI (costume) was hugely successful.
